New beta version available

Changes:

Version 0.8.18:
- Adding shortcuts Ctrl+ (select all) and Ctrl- (unselect all)
- Change the shortcut for Ping operation to Shift+Ctrl+P (Alt+P shouldn't be used it's menu shortcut)
- A view type for each tab is now saved after closing
- A sorting type for each tab is now saved after closing
- Changing the captions in the settings dialog (when you change language and press
Apply button)
- New languages added
- Displaying file sizes smaller than the KB (in bytes - was 0kB)
- Disc label wasn't displayed on drives list
- When creating a new tab, fonts settings for list wasn't correctly set

Version 0.8.17:
- Experimental integration with Google Translator API (only text and RTF editor,
F11 for change language, F12 for translate selected short portion of text)
